Castle Hill in the sun

Victoria Tower on Castle Hill will once again be open every day in the summer holidays. Already the Victorian attraction has had over 4,000 visitors since Easter.

Castle Hill continues to attract visitors from all over the world. Recent successes including lighting the beacon for VE Day and becoming proud winners of The TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence award, which celebrates hospitality excellence, have truly kept Victoria Tower on the map.

We want everyone to enjoy Castle Hill and Victoria Tower but also wants to remind visitors to be respectful of other users and the local community. Please do not light barbecues or release Chinese lanterns on Castle Hill as both can cause damage to the local environment and Chinese lanterns in particular can be damaging to horses and livestock in the surrounding area.
