We’re improving our planning portal
An upgrade will take place of the our planning IT system during September.
The work will improve customer service and streamline the way we process applications.
The work will take place between 6 pm on Friday 9 September and midnight on Saturday 17 September.
During this period there will be significant disruption to services.
Whilst the system is being upgraded we won’t be able to process or acknowledge any new applications.
However, if any new applications are submitted during this time, the target dates will not be affected.
There will also be no updates on the Kirklees Planning website during the upgrade period.
