Kirklees Question Time Event

We are inviting you to a special question time style event on Wednesday 16 November 2016.
Our main topic will be how we manage our budget. Our budget is mostly made up of money from council tax, business rates and grants from central government
The event will feature representatives of all the political groups in Kirklees.
Representatives will be share their views on the financial and budget challenge during the event. They will then open up the floor to questions from the audience.
Dr Andrew Mycock will be taking on the role of host for the evening. Dr Mycock is Senior Lecturer in Politics at the University of Huddersfield and Independent Chair of the Democracy Commission
