Council website and systems downtime this week
Update 13 January 2016:
Following planned maintenance on our network – including the website and our phones we can confirm that everything should be working now.
If you come across something that isn’t then please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thank you for your help and patience.
If you are planning to use the council website or need to contact us this week please be aware that our network will be down from 3pm this Thursday (12 Jan 2017) until Friday morning.
The reason for the downtime is to fit new parts and strengthen our systems following the major IT issues we had between Christmas and New Year.
The downtime will take down all of our systems including our phone network so please avoid this period unless it is an emergency. We will publish emergency contact numbers on this page just before the downtime.
We are expecting all our systems to be back up and running at 8am on Friday but we will update this news article if there is a delay.
Thank you for your continued patience.
If a child or adult is in immediate danger please contact the relevant emergency service.
