Code Week is coming soon, and our libraries are holding lots of exciting events to celebrate.

Code Club


Saturday 7th October 12pm – 2pm

Learn all about Raspberry Pi, micro:bits and programmes like Scratch at Code Club this October. Play with robots like Sphero and Beebot and drones and more.

Introduce your toddlers to the basics of coding at this special story time to celebrate Code Week. The sessions combine classic picture books, movement, multisensory storytelling and coding based play to introduce your child to simple concepts like sequencing, critical thinking and problem solving.

Magical Raspberry Jam


Saturday 21st October 12pm – 3pm

Join our Department of Muggle Technology and learn to create and code your own magical devices using Raspberry Pi and micro:bit.
