Gateway to Care users wanted for focus group

Group conversation

People who have experience of using the Adults Social Care Gateway to Care are being asked to share their views in a group discussion.

We are running some discussion groups with people who use Gateway to Care to find out what is important to them when they access the service. The session will involve being part of a group of up to 10 people and answering some questions that will be asked by a group facilitator. It will last up to 90 minutes and  there is a £20 shopping voucher for taking part.

How do I have my say?

The session details are below. We need you to book in advance so please keep reading to find out how to do that.

The answers people give us will help us to develop some tools to measure the experience that people have when they use the service both now, and in the future when we have made improvements. This will help to ensure that when we make changes, that those changes do not impact negatively on your experience of using the service.

It is your chance to help make sure we get it right for you and other people like you

How do I get involved?

If you are interested in taking part please email Angela Bamforth or call 01484 221000 and ask for Angela Bamforth or Clare O’Regan by Wednesday 21 February 2018
