‘Explore the World’ activities at Bagshaw Museum

Looking for fun activities for your children to get involved in this summer? You can follow in the footsteps of Bagshaw Museums first curator, Walter Bagshaw, and his children Violet and Noel who explored the world for treasure.

What’s on?

Get stuck into exciting activities and crafts inspired by the Bagshaw family travels, and see the interesting objects on display. Get down to Wilton Park in Batley this summer, with the addition of a free themed trail around the museum.

When are these activities?

‘Explore the World’ sessions will be on the 31 July, and the 7, 14 and 21 of August.

Starting at 12 noon till 4pm.

There is a charge of £2 per child per session. No booking required and all ages are welcome.
