Shop local this Christmas – free parking in Kirklees
The online sales might be tempting but shopping local supports our economy and keeps your friends and neighbours in work too.
To encourage you into our towns and villages this Christmas, we’re offering some free parking in Kirklees Council car parks and on streets.
Free Christmas parking dates in Huddersfield, Dewsbury and Holmfirth in December 2018:
Huddersfield
- Saturday 8, 15 and 22 December from 2pm
Dewsbury
- Wednesday 5 and 12 December from 2pm
- Wednesday 19 December from noon
- Saturday 22 December from noon
Holmfirth
- Friday 7, 14 and 21 December from noon
- Saturday 15 and 22 from noon
Usual parking restrictions apply during free parking sessions and please make sure you check for notices before parking.
