If it is an emergency and you need to contact the council while the website is down please use the following numbers:
Road and Highways
If there is an emergency on one of our roads you can call 01484 414700
Examples of emergencies could include traffic signals not working, or an obstruction in the road.

Council/KNH tenants with an emergency housing repair can call 01484 414 850
Emergencies are classed as anything that causes an immediate threat to your health and safety or the structure of your home.
