Health and Social Care call centre – we need you!
We are looking for people to help shape the future of the new Kirklees Council/Locala integrated contact centre in health and social care.
Who can get involved?
To ensure this new service is the very best it can be we want the people who already use the services to be involved as they are best placed to help design it, an approach called coproduction.
If you have experience of using or contacting Locala’s community health services or using the Kirklees Council Gateway to Care Service, we would like to encourage you to get involved in developing the new integrated service that will support you, your family and your community.
This is your opportunity to have a say on the customer journey, use of online platforms and the language staff would use and to develop a service that will support you, your family and your community
How can you get involved?
We will be holding multiple virtual information sessions in August to provide background information on the project to date and detail on how you can get involved.
