Christmas and New Year – Your mental health

Christmas and the New Year is a time when we look to spend time with our family, friends and neighbours and take a few days away from the usual routines to enjoy ourselves.

For some of us though that is not necessarily the way it works and instead it can be a time that brings feelings of anxiety and stress, loneliness and isolation and can affect your mental health and wellbeing.

Is this you? If it is we still have services in Kirklees that are there to support you through this – don’t just let things get you down get in touch with someone – we’re all here to help you if you need it.
