Our sci-fi themed children’s art competition attracted 117 ‘out of this world’ entries from kids across Kirklees and the winners have now been announced.
Many of our libraries held art workshops during the October half term and these contributed to the large number of brilliant entries.
Prizes included tickets to the Lawrence Batley Theatre (LBT) and vouchers from Calder Graphics Art Supplies, as well as book tokens and vouchers for use in our museums’ gift shops. Special thanks go to the LBT and Calder Graphics for donating prizes.
