Engage 2016 – kids literary event

Engage 2016 - Poet Donavan leads session

Almost 100 school children took part in a special literacy event called Engage 2016.  The outdoor event was held at Cliffe House in Shepley. It was part of a project called Engage 2016.  The project ran throughout the summer term and promoted illustrated text and storytelling. The project helped pupils to identify, read and understand images to make their reading experience better.
