The Beach on the Green will bring seaside family fun to the garden area in the Piazza, complete with giant Jenga, Connect Four, deck chairs and postcard photo opportunities.

Cllr Rob Walker – Cabinet Member for Culture and Environment said:
“We’re delighted Market Place have once again chosen Huddersfield to host the International Market. Delivering events like these help to make our town centres more vibrant and boosts the local economy.
The International Market is a much loved event which brings such diversity to the town and attracts shoppers from miles around.
There’s an opportunity to sample something different and enjoy goods that are not usually found in the shops.
With so many visitors exploring the sights, sounds and tastes we’re expecting Huddersfield to be buzzing with a great atmosphere and plenty for the whole family to enjoy.”
