In2Care Kirklees Celebrating Local Social Care Job Success!
In2Care Kirklees is a small but passionate team within Kirklees Council providing support to local people to find jobs in the Social Care sector.
How many roles have they found for people?
Since 2017 they have successfully found care roles for over 1000 individuals. This includes jobs in residential care, domiciliary care, specialist care, Personal Assistants (PA’s) and also volunteering opportunities. The types of posts they have helped recruit to include Care Workers, Cooks, Domestics, Supervisors, Team Leaders, Care Co-ordinators and Managers.
What does their service provide?
Their unique service, which provides people with tailored support to find a role that matches individual requirements, won a Guardian Public Sector Recruitment & HR Award in 2019 in recognition of the achievements they have made.
