Support for small businesses in Kirklees
Small businesses across Kirklees who have been impacted by the covid-19 pandemic, can access essential support and advice for free thanks to grant funding from the Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership (LEP).
If you are self-employed or a small business owner in Kirklees, support from the Mid Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce or Federation of Small Businesses could help your business to bounce back as we continue along the roadmap out of lockdown. The offers are for new members only, and each organisation has different criteria which will qualify businesses for support.
Businesses with 50 or fewer employees can receive free membership to the Mid Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce (MYCC) and those with 10 or fewer employees can benefit from free membership of the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB).
This offer is only available until 31 March, subject to availability.
Mid Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce
The MYCC represents businesses across the region. It drives business growth providing valuable support to members including financial benefits, international services, training, networking events, employee benefits, and a 24-hour helpline.

Federation of Small Businesses
The FSB is a not-for-profit organisation that helps small businesses and the self-employed to achieve their ambitions. Members of the FSB get access to legal guides and support, as well as nationwide events and workshops.
