Inter Faith events celebrate contribution of faith communities

Together with local community and faith groups, we’ll be celebrating Inter Faith Week 2021 which begins on Remembrance Sunday. There are lots of events or opportunities for you to get involved across Kirklees. Everyone is welcome, whether you’re religious or not.
What is Inter Faith Week?
Inter Faith Week takes place from Sunday 14 to Sunday 21 November. It’s a chance to celebrate the positive contribution different faiths bring to the local community and wider society.
It’s also an opportunity to come together to learn more about religious diversity and gain a greater understanding of different beliefs, cultures and traditions.
Thanks to students at Greenhead College for helping to mark Inter Faith Week.
What’s on in Kirklees?
We have a timetable of events happening throughout the week. If you attend an event and want to give us a shout out on socials, use the hashtag #KirkleesIFW
