Join our Building Safety Team: Online recruitment event

The Building Safety Team is responsible for ensuring our residents are safe and council housing is compliant. We do this through an ongoing programme of inspection, maintenance and major remediation projects.

We own and manage over 21000 council homes with a mix of high and low-rise blocks of flats, retirement living schemes and traditional housing, we operate across 157 Square miles in over 277 housing estates.

What positions are available?

As we expand the Building Safety Team we are looking to appoint to a number of new positions including programme and performance manager, technical specialists, surveyors, graduates and apprenticeships in the following areas of compliance:

  • Fire safety
  • Asbestos Management
  • Gas Safety
  • Electrical Safety
  • Water Quality
  • Lifts
