Not all exercise starts with a pricey gym membership

Physical exercise, in all its forms, is linked to better mental health and wellbeing. It can help improve your mood and reduce anxiety and stress.

It doesn’t always mean working out in the gym or using heavy equipment (but if that’s what works for you, keep it up!). Not everyone feels comfortable in a gym setting.

Everybody Active has lots of free activities to keep you on the move, fit and healthy and it won’t cost you a penny!
