‘Hooray’ to all of our Kirklees learners on their achievements in the last year
We want to say a huge ‘well done’ to learners across Kirklees for their achievements in the last year.
There has been great success for learners of all ages – whether it’s for exams at school or college, vocational qualifications, adult learning achievements or anything else that has required commitment and dedication.
Cllr Carole Pattison, Cabinet member for Learning, Aspiration and Communities, said:
“We’re enormously proud of the Class of 2023. Education is paramount to us in Kirklees and, alongside all our partners, we work really hard to give people access to the best opportunities.
“There are many different kinds of achievement, but they all require effort and application. Whether you’re a younger child in the early stages of your journey or an adult pursuing new goals, we know how much hard work is involved.
“We are ambitious about learning because it makes a lasting, positive difference in the lives of children, young people and wider families. We also want to thank all the schools, settings and providers who support our learners to fulfil their potential.”
