Homes and Neighbourhoods want to make changes to improve communications throughout their repair process to make sure the service works for all tenants.
How do they plan to achieve this?
The first stage of this is running a short consultation to gain valuable feedback from tenants across the borough and in a range of properties. We would like to know when and how tenants would like to hear from the Homes and Neighbourhood team while going through the repairs process, from when the need for a repair is first reported to its completion.

The consultation is open until 5pm 28 February and should only take a few minutes. At the end of the consultation, there is also the opportunity to sign up for the Homes and Neighbourhood news bulletin or text alert service.
