What is the Asset Management Strategy?
It is our plan for looking after council homes. It sets out what we will repair and improve, and in what order, across all our council housing.
We have to meet legal standards for safety and quality in every home. The strategy helps us decide where to invest first. We are building it using what tenants and frontline staff tell us.
What does it mean for my home?
It decides which work gets done, and when. That covers things like kitchens and bathrooms, roofs and windows, heating, insulation, and safety work.
