Don’t miss out on your secondary school place
Is your child due to start secondary school in September next year?
If your child is currently in Year 6 at primary school, you need to apply online for a place in Year 7 for 2027/28. The deadline is Saturday 31 October.
Parents are strongly advised to apply for three schools: a first, a second and a third preference. This is in case a place is not available at the first preference school, while it’s also advised that one of those schools is in your priority admission (catchment) area.
Please remember – if you apply after the 31 October deadline, it can severely reduce the chances of getting a place at one of your preferred schools.
