Six new town centre support officers are helping to improve the safety and cleanliness of Huddersfield Town Centre and boosting shopper confidence as Covid restrictions ease. Kirklees Council have funded the six-month trial posts with Huddersfield BID recruiting and managing the officers. Forming part of the Blueprint plans they will help to create a welcoming, safe and attractive town centre.
