New Mental Health webpages go live on World Mental Health Day
Understandably, the last 18 months have been difficult, and many people have experienced problems with their mental health and wellbeing. It’s just as important to take care of our mental wellbeing as it is our physical wellbeing, and this World Mental Health Day, we’re launching our new mental health webpages with information and guides on self-management, coping mechanisms and details about accessing local support services.
Taking care of yourself and others
Having good mental health is key to living a balanced and happy life and contributes to good physical health. Information on how to talk openly about mental health, simple lifestyle adjustments to improve wellbeing or help in a crisis, it’s all available in one place.
Our Wellness Service offer free, one to one support and help develop a personal health and wellbeing plan helping people live healthier, happy lives. The service can help with weight management, smoking cessation, reduce alcohol intake, manage long term conditions, offer wellbeing support for carers and help with social contact.
