Knowl Park House – Build update February 2024
Here’s the latest from our dementia day care build in Mirfield.
What’s been happening?
We start with the base for the sprinkler tank which is now complete.
Contractors are working on the terracotta rainscreen system around the building and the scaffolding around the feature roof and the main entrance has now been removed.
The final roof lights have now been installed along with the screeding of the internal floors which is also complete. The contractors have progressed work in the courtyard, with work continuing on the block paving and edges.
Next up…
Contractors are about to start work on the ceilings and will be continuing the plastering and painting within the new building.
The contractors will also be completing the hard landscaping that is currently taking place within the courtyard.
